Everyday in life we are always fighting a battle.
Whether it’s mentally, physically, or spiritually we are always in a battle.
Which is why we must stay equipped and prepared.
The Bible says we must put on the armor of God.
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
Ephesians 6:10-11, 13 NIV
“In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
Ephesians 6:16-18 NIV
In the statement of the scriptures, we have to stay prepared; having the faith, reading the word of God and staying prayed up.
With all of that we have to continue to stand.
Life can knock us down sometimes, but what’s important is that we get back up.
Stay prepared, and don’t do one without the other.
If you are reading the word of God, pray and have faith
All 3 are important together to help strengthen and to activate God in our lives.
You can’t pray and not have faith in what you have prayed for.
You can’t say you have faith and not read the word and praying.
That would be a temporary faith with a short duration of time.
We have the weapons we need for the attacks that comes our way.
Weapons form, but they don’t prosper.
Allow God to fight your battles
Because what the Bible is telling us we need is to really have faith In God and know that he will take care of us.
God will fight your battles.
God will equip you.
God will prepare you.
God will give you wisdom and knowledge.
God will give you strength.
Everything you need, God will provide it for you.
Trust him and have faith, knowing that he will do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we ask for.
God will not slack concerning his promises.
Stay ready.
Don’t be surprised.
Just be ready for battle to get your blessing.
