Teens don’t understand that their growth is a choice and that they must grow in every aspect of their life as a student.
How can student Grow effectively?
In this program, Dartannon helps student create effective goals, become an effective leader, and help them grow personally with effective characteristics to help them succeed.
Dartannon uses the G.R.O.W.T.H Success method to help students grow in areas in which they will be able to turn their weaknesses into Strengths.
G – Goals: Student must have a plan in place in order to succeed. The best way to accomplish your plans are by setting goals and putting them into action.
R – Rebuild: Students may be in a stage where they are struggling and are looking to rebuild themselves by coming up with a plan to staying motivated, develop strategies to stay consistent and improve academically.
O – Overcome: In order to BECOME you first must OVERCOME. Students may be in their struggling stage, but they just need to know the steps to make use their strengths to their advantage and work on their weaknesses often.
W – Willing Mindset: A willing mindset is a mindset that will be Willing to do whatever it takes to complete the task at hand.
T – Thoughts to Actions: Now that you have the mindset to succeed, you must apply the necessary actions. Students may have the mindset and motivation but now they need to know the actions that are required to succeed and grow.
H – Hard work: “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.” Students are very talented and unique in their own way. Whatever they want to achieve and be is possible as long as they work hard. Working hard will bring the results they expect and boost their confidence in many things even outside of school.
